Project monitoring of 164,000 sqm

ConvergenCE has carried out the task of monitoring the Poznan City Center development process.

ConvergenCE was appointed for the project monitoring task by Europa Capital for the extensive professional experience it possesses. As the investors’ representative, the main tasks were reporting on compliance of construction with quality and professional standards, monitoring procurement, checking evidence of permits, licences, reviewing and monitoring project schedules, specifications, budget and cash flows and checking construction contracts. The first phase of the TriGránit – PKP – Europa Capital funded development was opened in May 2012. Retail units, bus station, park and ride facilities and public infrastructure elements were completed in October 2013, as planned for the second phase.

There are 230 stores, 35 catering units, 1,500 parking spaces on net 60,000 sqm. Belonging to the project 3 km of bicycle path and 2.5 km 4 lane driveway was also built.
