Representatives of British Embassy were invited to a reception to celebrate the success of the Eiffel Square Office Building and Park

The building is located in the heart of Budapest, close to the impressive Nyugati Railway Station which was once a project of Gustave Eiffel’s office. Designed by Finta Studio and developed by ConvergenCE / DVM Design, Eiffel Square is a joint venture project with Europa Capital Partners’ Fund II. The office building has been successfully leased with the occupancy level currently standing at 95%. As a facilitator of British-Hungarian commercial and investment relations, the British Embassy and its UK Trade & Investment team contributed to the smooth development process and were happy to celebrate the success together.

Eiffel Square offers approximately 18,500 m² of office space, 2,100 m² of retail space and 1,700 m² of restaurant space. The focus throughout the development has been on quality, efficiency and environmental awareness which resulted in an A+ grade building with fully flexible air conditioning and naturally ventilated spaces, high value natural materials, efficient and sustainable energy systems with BREEAM certification having been achieved.

As a token of appreciation of our support, Alan A. Vincent, Managing Director of ConvergenCE and Robert Martin, Principal and Head of Central Europe at Europa Capital presented the representatives of UKTI with a framed picture of Eiffel Square.
