Royal FrieslandCampina opens financial shared services centre at CityZen Office Building

A new regional financial services centre of the Dutch Royal FrieslandCampina, known as one of the largest dairy products companies in the world, has opened at CityZen Office Building in Váci út. The new headquarters of FrieslandCampina Service Center EMEA Ltd. takes up a total of 2,400 square meters on two levels of the A+ category CityZen Offices, increasing its occupancy rate to 90 per cent.

The excellent location and wide range of services offered by CityZen are of paramount importance to FrieslandCampina. “Our staff and partners can easily and comfortably reach the new service centre from anywhere in the capital. The ideal location and the high quality office environment can be a real attraction to our staff, whose numbers might reach up to 150 in the coming years”, said Marc Galjaard on behalf of FrieslandCampina Service Center EMEA.

Office space in CityZen Offices is bright and well lit due to the large windows and the glass partition walls and doors installed by fit out specialists and project managers, ConvergenCE. The offices have a 4-pipe cooling and heating air conditioning system that provides an average 35 m³ of fresh air/hour/person. For the comfort of employees, an internal staircase has been buit to connect the two floors leased by FrieslandCampina. The friendly and youthful interior design, as well as the panoramic terrace surrounding the office create an inspiring and pleasant work environment. Staff have access to 151-car underground garage, as well as to the bicycle lockers and changing rooms with showers. There is also a café and a supermarket in the building.

There is great demand for the CityZen office building due to its state-of-the-art equipment and extra services. In the nine-floor building, reconstructed by ConvergenCE in 2016, there is only 1,850 m² of vacant space available for future new tenants.
