ConvergenCE manages the fit-out of EMEA Remote Services’ new office space in 2,000 m².
EMEA the Hungarian subsidiary of the international IT service provider, Getronics is a long standing tenant in Margit Palace since 2004. As a result of its latest extension, it’s became one of the biggest tenant at Margit Palace, occupying nearly 3,200 m² of the GLA 17,000 m² office building.
The overall extension was project managed and fitted out by ConvergenCE, which is celebrating its 10th year as a leading developer and provider of project and property management in Budapest. In accordance with the tenant’s requirement a modern, brighter and spacious office area was created, with several unique design solutions. According to modern trends, EMEA put the emphasis on large central breakout areas. To create a unique atmosphere all aspects of design from wall coverings, quality floor finishes and acoustic panels were built into these areas. The suspended luminaires with direct-indirect light distribution also contribute to the ergonomic work environment.
Due to the excellent location at the Buda side of the Capital City, many international companies have chosen Margit Palace as their offices, such as Hervis and Oberbank, both with Austrian owners. The Hungarian subsidiary of the international wagon hire and rail logistics company, VTG Rail is also located at Margit Palace. ConvergenCE has been the exclusive asset manager for Margit Palace since 2007.
