The largest privately owned hostel-chain in Europe a&o Group will open its first quarters in Budapest in 2019. The German group creates a modern hostel by simultaneously restoring and transforming a historic property into a 108-room hostel. ConvergenCE is to lead the complete reconstruction of the selected property in Csengery street.

B52 Office Building

B52 Office Building is at Baross street, close to the József boulevard, in the heart of Budapest ConvergenCE asset and property managed B52 Office Building since the purchase in 2015 by Europa Capital. ConvergenCE continued providing these services after the building was sold to CCE Investment in 2017. ConvergenCE also project managed the tenant fit-out works until the sale of the building in May 2018.
