Located at the vibrant Kálvin Square, the 9,000 sqm modern office building offers world-class working environments. “Kálvin Square’s achievements mirror our dedication to sustainability and high-quality property management” said Dóra Papp-Vas, our Leasing Director. “Over the past year, numerous new tenants joined us, and we are proud to host international and Hungarian companies such as Trax Retail, Atos & Eviden, Alpiq, Faludi Wolf Theiss, and Philip Morris.”
The lease signed in the fourth quarter of 2024 brought a new international tenant to Kalvin Square, bringing the occupancy rate to 99 percent, and leaving only one 155 square metre office space to be leased.
We are particularly proud that two new tenants have been nominated for the Office of the Year Award this year – Bimfra and Atos and Eviden.
Recent developments include the installation of an NFC-based access system, energy-efficient LED lighting, and new boiler and BMS systems. Looking ahead to 2025, we are planning further upgrades, including a license plate recognition parking system, an on-site car wash, and the introduction of smart thermostats.
