ConvergenCE has taken over the property management of Kálvin Centre, Duna Office Centre, and Baross 52 after a competitive tender.
The buildings total approximately 30,000 sqm and were recently acquired by a UK based investment management fund. Besides being the local asset managers to the fund, ConvergenCE, which has been on the Hungarian market for 11 years, has a strong property management team: “This way we can guarantee the highest quality services to the owners and the tenants through our repositioning and lease up of this portfolio” – said Csaba Zeley, asset management director of ConvergenCE. He added: “We have found that the synergies offered by combining asset and property management add significantly to the quality management of our buildings and the satisfaction level of our tenants. This is at the core of protecting real estate values.”
