KPMG, one of the leading audit and consulting companies in Hungary, has entrusted real estate asset and property manager, ConvergenCE with the property management of its new headquarters.
KPMG will occupy cca. 11,200 m2 of the A+ category Vision Towers North office building located at the junction of Váci út and Dózsa György út from August 2014.
Vision Towers is the fifth major office building where asset or property management services are provided by ConvergenCE, adding KPMG to its impressive list of clients, which include JP Morgan funds and Europa Fund owned office buildings. ConvergenCE has also provided project monitoring services to KPMG through the development of its new offices at Vision Towers during the last two years.
In addition, the experience of ConvergenCE in the development and management of sustainable buildings with BREEAM certification is an added advantage to corporate clients with demanding sustainability requirements.
