A new regional financial services centre of the Dutch Royal FrieslandCampina, known as one of the largest dairy products companies in the world, has opened at CityZen Office Building in Váci út. The new headquarters of FrieslandCampina Service Center EMEA Ltd. takes up a total of 2,400 square meters on two levels.
Doktor24, a company known for its professional private healthcare services, has opened a new, nearly 800 m² luxury medical centre at the CityZen office building in Váci út. As a result, there is only 1850 m² of free space available for additional tenants in the 9-floor building of the A+ category CityZen Offices.

Hungarian market-leader OTIS, known also as a producer of escalators and moving walkways, opens its new, 870 m² headquarters at the A+ office building completed by developer ConvergenCE at the end of 2016.

From October 2016, a new service has been available for the occupiers of CityZen and Kalvin Square office buildings. Separate men’s and ladies’ changing rooms and showers have been installed to provide the opportunity for employees to refresh themselves after a busy day or sport.
CityZen, the newly renovated 12,500 m² office building at Váci út 37 has leased 1,558m² offices to Tech Mahindra. Tech Mahindra is one of the world’s leading providers of information technology, networking technology solutions and Business Process Outsourcing to the telecommunications industry.
CityZen Office Building has recently leased its entire 853m² ground floor to SPAR Magyarország. Located close to the highly frequented junction of Váci út and Dózsa György út, the SPAR supermarket will open in early November 2016.
ConvergenCE has taken over the property management of Kálvin Centre, Duna Office Centre, and Baross 52 after a competitive tender.
