Philip Morris Hungary Stays in Kálvin Square

Philip Morris Hungary Ltd. has extended its lease agreement at Kálvin Square office building, managed and operated by ConvergenCE.

The Hungarian office of one of the world’s leading tobacco companies moved to the 2nd and 3rd floors of Kálvin Square in 2016. Their modern, stylish office with unique interior design solutions will now be refurbished by ConvergenCE to meet the tenant’s new needs.

Dóra Papp-Vas, Leasing Director of ConvergenCE, commented: “It is an honour that Philip Morris Magyarország Kft. continued to put their trust in the building and our services. Based on their feedback, they have enjoyed being in Kálvin Square. This modern office building at the junction of two metro lines and with a third one nearby not only makes their everyday lives comfortable, but also provides a distinguished atmosphere for their clients. In Kálvin Square – and in all the office buildings we manage – our goal is to provide a high-quality, efficient work environment in line with the expectations of our tenants, so that we can keep them satisfied in the long run.”
