We were honored to participate in the Dalux Summit 2024 this year alongside BuildEXT. At this conference for the best digital construction solutions, we had the opportunity to present the development processes of the ACADEMIA office building to over 1,600 professionals from 45 countries.
At the event, Gábor Zeley, Senior Project Manager at ConvergenCE, and Csaba Livják, Founder and CEO of BuildEXT, delivered a presentation titled “Dalux as the key to ongoing efficiency in ACADEMIA Offices – a tenant-driven approach.” Through a tenant fit-out project, the presentation demonstrated how the Dalux technology platform and VR-AR technologies can support tenant-focused developments.
One of the key advantages of the Dalux system is its continuously updated 3D model, which allows real-time monitoring of the building’s condition and modifications, minimizing errors and optimizing costs. Regular updates to the “as-built” models ensure that our properties continually align with tenant needs.
As a case study, we showcased the visual designs created for one of ACADEMIA’s most recent tenants, Colossyan. By leveraging the benefits of VR and AR technologies, the client could explore their future office space as early as the design phase.
The ACADEMIA office building development, a collaboration between ConvergenCE and BuildEXT, is a prime example of how innovative technology platforms can create spaces that enhance tenant satisfaction.
