ACADEMIA highlighted in Magyar Épületgépészet and BBJ – and featured as part of GreenWalk

The mission of the ACADEMIA Office Building is to set an example in its category: a place where tradition meets modernity and both the professional community and the wider public pay close attention.

In its latest issue, Magyar Épületgépészet (Hungarian Building Services Engineering Journal) published a detailed article on ACADEMIA’s indoor air quality performance, with special focus on CO₂ concentration, particulate matter (PM) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) – measured as part of the WELL Performance review, and compared with other WELL-certified office buildings in Hungary.

The prestigious Budapest Business Journal has also recently covered ACADEMIA, highlighting its near 100% occupancy achieved within just 18 months of refurbishment, and underlining its role as a true trophy asset with premium tenants and multiple sustainability certifications.

And the experience came to life during a recent personal event, the 2025 GreenWalk, where visitors could explore ACADEMIA behind the scenes and see firsthand how building services engineering contributes to a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment.

ACADEMIA remains committed to creating a sustainable and healthy workplace for its tenants, combining measurable technical performance with excellent everyday user experience.
