Z+D moved to City Point 9 City Logistic Centre, after realizing the business park uniquely matches all of their requirements. After signing the lease agreement, the tenant occupied their 1,200 sq m storage and office space at building B at the beginning of March.
The company was established in 1991, and by now it is among the most successful wholesalers of food and beverages in the western part of Hungary. Z+D started the business with 12 workers; nowadays it has almost 430 employees. It operates 16 shops and 21 warehouses, in order to serve their clients’ demand the most efficiently.
According to the Managing Director, their two main criteria were, easy access and a clean and modern environment, and City Point 9 met all these requirements. He also stated that the professionalism of ConvergenCE, the developer and manager of City Point 9, clinched the deal.
There are currently 6,700 sq m vacant office and storage space at the 23,000 sq m logistic centre still available to lease. Other tenants include Sprinter Futárszolgálat, Studio Moderna, OBI, JTI, Imperial Tobacco and Equinoxe, who had already chosen City Point 9.
Csaba Zeley, the representative of ConvergenCE highlighted that the occupancy rate is 71% at City Point 9 City Logistic Centre despite the tough economic circumstances. The developer, ConvergenCE, also provides Asset Management and Property Management services successfully for almost 5 years.
