ConvergenCE, the independent local developer and investor, has for the second year running, sponsored the first DBH after summer event. Similar to last year; September’s venue was held in NU- Bor és Bisztronómia.
The ’Drinks Before Home’ series is a 6 years tradition and was originally organized by the Construction & Investment Journal (‘CIJ’). Usually it is held in the first Thursday of every month to provide an informal venue for real estate professionals working in Central & Eastern Europe.
Despite the unseasonally rainy weather conditions, those presented at the event had a great opportunity to network. The success of the event was due to the unique atmosphere of Eiffel Square Office Building and Park, and the professional catering service of NU- Bor és Bisztronómia.
Aside from personally getting to know the Eiffel Square Office Building, developed by ConvergenCE, guests were introduced to ConvergenCE’s other developments and services, such as the Park One Office Building in Bratislava, and its asset management of the Margit Palace and Terrapark A, B office buildings owned by JP Morgan. ConvergenCE has also recently stepped up its Property Management services under the leadership of Gabriella Fábri.
