Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) global real estate consultant has successfully represented the landlord ConvergenCE in the lease negotiations with Power Source Energy Components (Power Source) for close to 500 sq m in Citypoint9 Warehouse and Business Center.
Power Source is a global industrial distributor of fasteners, electronic components, machine components, and fabricated components for the power generation market. The American company is a new entrant to the Hungarian market. Power Source signed a lease agreement in City Point 9 Business Park for a 358 sq m storage and a 139 sq m office space, establishing their headquarter in the capital. The decision making was reinforced by the excellent location, the high standards of services and facilities offered by the business park as well as by the flexibility of the landlord.
