Eurorisk Biztosítási Alkusz Kft. has renewed its long-term lease contract at Árpád Center. Meanwhile, ConvergenCE, the operator of the office building located on Váci Road office corridor, has developed new, more flexible lease arrangements, including options for leases as short as one year.
Billingo Technologies Zrt. has signed a lease agreement for 520 m2 in Árpád Center, owned by ConvergenCE. The company offering online invoicing services will expand more than threefold in the office building at the junction of Árpád Bridge and Váci út. Billingo will move into its new office, fully fit-out by the owner, in April 2021.
Fürgefutár.hu, a Hungarian company with an international and domestic parcel delivery business has
decided to move to one of the busiest office districts in Budapest. In July 2020, the company chose Árpád
Center Office Building, located close to the junction of Árpád Bridge and Váci Road as the best location for
their headquarters.
