Eurorisk Biztosítási Alkusz Kft. has renewed its long-term lease contract at Árpád Center. Meanwhile, ConvergenCE, the operator of the office building located on Váci Road office corridor, has developed new, more flexible lease arrangements, including options for leases as short as one year.
With a team of 120 brokers and a nationwide office network, Eurorisk Biztosítási Alkusz Kft. has been operating from the building since 2016. The company, which has been successful and profitable for decades and is a consistent player among the top 10 Hungarian insurance brokerages, chose to remain at Árpád Center due to the flexible lease terms and bespoke solutions tailored to tenant needs.
