Stability and trust – Philip Morris extends lease at Kálvin Square Office Building

We’re delighted to share that Philip Morris Hungary has extended its lease at Kálvin Square Office Building, where the company has been present since April 2016, occupying nearly 1,500 m².

This renewal is more than just a business decision — it reflects a long-standing relationship built on mutual trust, flexibility and shared values. At ConvergenCE, we believe that a high-quality work environment and its supporting infrastructure play a vital role in every company’s success.

Mónika Marth, Office Services Executive and Wellbeing expert at Philip Morris, commented:

For us, the Kálvin Square office is more than a workplace — it’s a space that actively supports the physical, mental and social wellbeing of our employees. Natural light, quiet zones and community areas create a balanced environment that fosters both focus and connection. The openness and flexibility we experienced during the negotiations confirmed that this is the right place for us, not just today, but for the long term.

In line with the tenant’s sustainability priorities, the building owner continues to invest in modernisation, energy efficiency and reducing its environmental footprint.

The renewal process was coordinated by Dóra Papp-Vas, Leasing Director and Kinga Halász, Leasing Manager at ConvergenCE. The tenant was represented by Dóra Boda-Budai, Associate on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield, an international commercial real estate agency.

For us, these decisions are the most valuable feedback: a true indicator that a future-proof asset management, supportive, people-first approach and transparent collaboration genuinely contribute to everyday business success.
