ZenGarden, the premium inner-Buda office building managed by ConvergenCE, has reached 98% occupancy following a new lease and a long-term renewal.
CDM eStratégiai Kft., part of the Carussel Group, has signed a long-term lease for 400 sqm. The company provides digital automotive solutions in over 40 countries.
“We chose ZenGarden for its location, quality, and the collaborative leasing process,” said András Müller, Managing Director.
In addition, a long-standing tenant has renewed 650 sqm of office space for another five years, reflecting long-term trust in the building’s environment and service.
