Árpád Center is Fully Let
With the signing of the lease agreements between JOBGROUP and EverDerm, Árpád Center, fully managed by ConvergenCE, has reached full occupancy. The HR service company and the aesthetics salon will move in the office building near Váci út and Árpád bridge in the autumn of 2021. The fit-out works of their new rental properties are executed by the project management department of ConvergenCE.
Doktor24 Doubles its Size at CityZen
Doktor24 more than doubled its leased space in the CityZen office building, managed and operated by ConvergenCE. One of Hungary’s leading private healthcare providers has increased its 1,280 m2 office and patient care area by an additional 1,475 m2, so they now have a total of 2,755 square meters in the popular building on the Váci Business Corridor.
Csaba Zeley Appointed as Managing Director of ConvergenCE
Property investor and developer ConvergenCE has announced that from December 2020, Csaba Zeley will take up the position of Managing Director. Alan Vincent will continue as a non executive Director, leading fund raising for future investments as well as pan European service provision to cross border investors.

Billingo Expanding at Árpád Center
Billingo Technologies Zrt. has signed a lease agreement for 520 m2 in Árpád Center, owned by ConvergenCE. The company offering online invoicing services will expand more than threefold in the office building at the junction of Árpád Bridge and Váci út. Billingo will move into its new office, fully fit-out by the owner, in April 2021.

MadiLancos Studio, one of Hungary’s leading design firms has signed a new lease in the renewed ZenGarden by ConvergenCE. The tenant will move into the office building located in Inner Buda in the spring of 2021.
