WELL Summit 2025: Is Investing in Health Worth It? ConvergenCE Responds from Warsaw

On the occasion of Earth Day, we want to emphasize that sustainability and health are not only values to uphold—but also investments that yield long-term returns. This mindset was front and center at the prestigious WELL Regional Summit 2025, held on April 9 in Warsaw, organized by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

The summit focused on the future of healthy workplaces and living environments, particularly how well-being and sustainability can become integral to investment and development decisions.

Regina Kurucz, external WELL expert and consultant for ConvergenCE, joined the event as a speaker. In her presentation, she highlighted the ACADEMIA office building as a clear example of how environmentally conscious and health-focused solutions can be successfully integrated into economically sustainable real estate development. Zoltán Ligetvári, ConvergenCE’s Investment Director contributed to the presentation as a consultant.

The summit’s key takeaway was clear: WELL certification is no longer just a competitive advantage—it’s fast becoming a standard expectation from tenants, employees, investors, and urban communities alike. Real estate that prioritizes well-being enhances not only productivity and satisfaction but also reinforces corporate culture and shared community values.

ConvergenCE’s mission is clear: to create sustainable, health-conscious spaces that generate long-term value for those who live, work, and invest in the urban environment—an especially timely message as we celebrate Earth Day.
