OTIS Felvonó Kft. extended its lease contract in the CityZen office building managed and operated by ConvergenCE. The tenant, a subsidiary of the American elevator and escalator manufacturer OTIS Elevator Company and a market leader in Hungary, leases nearly 900 square meters of office space in the prominent building on Váci út.
Gábor Zeley has joined ConvergenCE as senior project manager responsible for the renovation of Academia, the recently acquired prime office building on the Danube bank.
