[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Tamás Végh has been appointed as Senior Project Manager at ConvergenCE. In spite his young age Mr. Végh has already made a remarkable career in real estate. In his new position he will be responsible for the refurbishment of the CBC Office Building.
Tamás started his career at Lakásépítő Invest in 2004, worked at bauMax Ltd since 2006, then 3 years later received a new assignment from Hochtief FMH Ltd. as a Facility Manager. At bauMax he had the duty to organize different services and the operation of bauMax Hungary’s 14 stores and a logistic park of 65,000 sqm area (including “A” category office buildings) near Liszt Ferenc International Airport. In 2011 Mr. Végh joined Cushman & Wakefield – DTZ Hungary Ltd. as a Senior Property Manager. In this position he managed the logistics & industrial property portfolio of 150,000 sqm area across Hungary. In his most recent role as Asset Manager at Portico Investments Ltd Mr. Végh was responsible for the management of the retail portfolio of the company’s 40 property units.
