The Budapest based commercial real estate investor and developer, ConvergenCE has announced the acquisition of the Central Business Center office investment in the 2nd district of Budapest. ConvergenCE acquired the building in Horvát Street from Immonfinanz.
The boutique investor, asset and property manager ConvergenCE has closed the acquisition of the Árpád Center office building in Budapest. The multi-let office building totals 5,400 m2 with 63 parking spaces and is located at the foot of the Árpád Bridge in a strongly developing office hub.
